Gary is the Vice President of Yuma Insurance, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University. Gary is Series 7 licensed, a Registered Investment Advisor, a Registered Representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc, holds industry designations consisting of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In addition, Gary has qualified for several other industry awards and accomplishments such as the National Quality Award and Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT).
Gary is a member and past President of the National Association of Financial and Investment Advisors of Yuma. He is also a member of the Association of Health Insurance Advisors. His professional specialty includes: Personal Financial Analysis; Insurance Tax Strategies; Estate Tax Analysis; Business Life Insurance; Retirement Strategies*; Securities* and Investment Advisory Services*; and Property and Casualty Insurance. He has specialized in insurance since 1976.
His philosophy in business is: "In serving my client, I shall recommend that course of action which I would apply to myself in the same situation."
Gary and his wife were married in 1967. When they moved to Yuma in 1982, they had five children under the age of 9. All five children graduated from Kofa High School and four have college degrees (Brigham Young University, University of Phoenix and University of Arizona). Gary has been an active member of the Boy Scouts of America for many years and his sons are Eagle Scouts. One son is currently serving in the United States Army. Gary is the very proud grandfather of four active boys and four beautiful girls!

Sharon Weber
Customer Service & Sales
Sharon has been actively involved in the Life and Health industry for over 20 years becoming part of the Yuma Insurance team in 1998. Having grown up in Yuma, she knows our community’s people and their insurance needs. She specializes in the senior and individual markets. Sharon has been the recipient of the Blue Cross Blue Shield “Top Agency Award” in individual sales. She has completed management level designations with LOMA, Inc. Sharon has a Life and Health license with the State of Arizona as well as having held a Series 7 license. She is also a member of the Yuma County Association of Insurance Agents. She continues her insurance education through study and participation in industry seminars.
Sharon attended Arizona State University, majoring in Business Administration. She has completed several terms as President of Winsor Arms Homeowners Association and is now serving on its Board of Directors. She supports the Yuma Reading Council, having been a tutor, currently assisting with its fund raising activities.
Sharon has two sons, Brian and Bob, who are graduates of Kofa High School and the University of Arizona. They both completed advanced degrees. They are married and have beautiful families and successful careers in the State of California.

Steve Meinhardt
Customer Service & Sales
Steve joined the agency in 2000 as an outside sales agent. He performs a vital role for our agency by being in the public, making personal contact with members of our community at their workplaces. He was born and raised in Yuma, and his family has been farming here since 1948. If you have been in Yuma for any length of time, you have probably met Steve. Steve's career in Life and Health began in Yuma in 1995.
Steve attended Mesa Community College and San Diego State from 1977 to 1981 majoring in Accounting. He keeps his insurance industry skills and knowledge current by engaging in a multitude of industry courses and seminars. He specializes in group benefits, health, life and disability and voluntary benefits. He also works in individual products as well, including long term care.
He is married to Joni, and they have four children and one grandson. His daughter Sarah began her career working for the agency in 2004, and she has joined our Life and Health team.
Steve has made many contributions to our community and continues to do so. He has coached Babe Ruth Baseball, and his team won the State Championship in 1986. He was the Yuma High School Football Booster President from 2004-2005. He has been a member Yuma Rotary from 1987 to 2002, and was President of the Fort Yuma Rotary from 2000-2001.
